    Manufacturer’s Portal/On-Line Payment Confirmation tool is here!

    Great News: As you may recall we have been working on a simpler web based, method for Drug Manufacturers to confirm their Sponsor payments. Well here it is.  The Manufacturer’s Portal, together with the On-Line Payment Confirmation tool will be ready for use by the end of this week.  A user guide will be available from the main menu of the new Manufacturer’s Portal. 

    The payment confirmation too is a simple web based application that has been designed for creating, editing and submitting payment confirmations.  Manufacturers can choose to stay with the current flat file way of confirming payments or they can switch to this new tool.  Either method will be available for viewing invoices and submitting payment confirmations but, Manufacturers must choose one of the two methods for submitting payment confirmations in order to minimize any confusion.  It will not be necessary to inform the TPA of which confirmation process you intend to use, but only one method may be used per billing cycle.  

    A user name and password will be sent to all manufacturers on Wednesday August 28, 2013. This information will be sent to the current contact person on file here at the TPA.   Once your contact person receives this information, if there is a need to make changes or if the user name and password is not operational, please give us a call at the number listed below.
